Xero Accounting Services

  • We assist in the SetupofXero Accounting software.
    • We evaluate the company’s chart of accounts and suggest additions and changes that will facilitate the best reporting capabilities.
    • We use existing QuickBooks file to import current and prior detail information if we and the client decide this is the best approach.
    • We help the client decide how to best process their payroll.
  • We assist in establishing detailed Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances.
  • We assist Client in determining how best to handle Inventories and chose the proper methods and Add-On software, if it the best solution for the company.
  • We assist in the proper reporting of Fixed Assets and the associated Depreciation recorded for each asset.
  • We setup the monthly Reporting System so that the company can have timely meaningful financial reports in order to make good financial decisions.
  • We determine if Xero Partner Add-On products should be considered to more efficiently handle parts of the bookkeeping requirements of the company. If any products are chosen, we assist in the setup and integration of the Add-On with Xero.
  • We offer assistance on a Monthly or Quarterly basis with:
    • Account Reconciliations of Bank and Credit Card Accounts
    • Creating and posting the necessary Journal Entries
    • Assist in the process of making and posting Deposits
    • Adjusting Inventories and Cost of Goods Sold
    • Sales Tax support
    • Assist company with their Billing Process
  • We offer Training of company staff to do any or all of the above functions.
  • We have DBS staff available to Support and Answer Questions that arise.
